Attractively positioned luxury glamping resort, for sale, located in the first row by the sea, in the northern part of Zadar County.
\nThe project is in the initial phase of construction, and consists of several parts that can be purchased as a whole or partially by agreement.
\n
\nThe offer consists of:
\n– the existing main house consisting of the ground floor and first floor, with a total living area of 290 m2, with a planned adaptation into a facility with 3 luxury apartments on the first floor and a restaurant with a terrace on the ground floor.
\n– a camp of 9 modern modular houses of 23 m2 (two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom), each with an associated covered terrace of 30 m2, located in the first row by the sea with a view of the Velebit mountain.
\n– an associated large agricultural land of 7400 m2 with the potential possibility of future conversion into a T3 zone that would allow for the expansion of the camp’s capacity.
\n– 4 business premises, with a total area of 115 m2, ideally positioned for additional services to camp users and the local population.
\n
\nThe houses in question are planned to be placed around a 12 m x 6 m pool with 240 m2 of paved “beach” around the pool. The entire property will be surrounded by a fence, next to which Mediterranean plants will be planted (rosemary, lavender), in order to provide maximum privacy and an authentic Dalmatian atmosphere to the camp’s users. On the field there is also a well with a water source, 4 pillars on which there will be security cameras that will cover the entire camp, and enable Starlink wi-fi connection for all users, and a septic bio-purifier with a capacity for 60 people that covers the needs of the entire camp and from home. Only 150 meters from the camp is a beach with healing mud that fits perfectly into the whole idea of a glamping resort.
\n
\nConsidering the excellent location in the first row by the sea, beautiful landscapes and the rich natural heritage of the entire wider area, the property has great potential for the development of tourism of this type, and an easily recognizable and very high-quality location for further branding of this product. The owners are willing to consider any offer and sale options.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
