\nThe property covers an area of 8741 m2 with various Mediterranean plants, fruits and vegetables (immortelle, lavender, rosemary, artichokes, olives, lemons, figs, pomegranates, grapefruit, pears, etc.).
\nThere are no neighbors or roads nearby, so peace, quiet and privacy are guaranteed on the one hand, and on the other hand, the sound of birds singing and the smell of nature.
\nOn the property there is one larger house with a floor plan area of 120 m2, and on the right side there are three smaller houses with an area of 76 m2 and a swimming pool of 28 m2.
\nThe larger house consists of a basement, ground floor and attic. In the basement there is a small boiler room (10m2) separated from the rest of the basement (40m2) which is intended for a wine shop or tavern.
\nThe ground floor consists of a kitchen with a bar, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, a toilet, two bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are two bedrooms in the attic
\nattached bathrooms.
\nIn the first smaller house there is a stone fireplace for a wood-burning grill, a stone wood-burning bread oven, a spacious dining table and a summer kitchen.
\nIn the second house there is a technical room and one bathroom, while in the attic there is one bedroom.
\nThe third house consists of a large bedroom with a bathroom.
\nThe pool is 1.5 m deep, 28 m2 in area and has a heat pump for heating and cooling.
\nA 12 kw solar power plant is in operation (so the house will be independent of electricity and water even though it has a water connection to the city water supply as well as electricity to the HEP network).
\nIt has a heat pump for heating and cooling the house and hot water and solar panels that heat hot water for free in the sun.
\nIn addition to the location, the attractive offer also includes the possibility of continuing the already well-established tourist business.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
